Training enquiries
When you enquire, we collect your name, work email, organisation, training interest and the requirements you provide. We use this information to respond, discuss training and prepare a relevant proposal. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiry notifications are sent to Vyratec’s business inbox and copied privately to the business operator. Please avoid including confidential business information or sensitive personal information.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes requests. The enquiry system uses Resend to send email notifications. Our email providers process and store the resulting correspondence. These providers may process information outside Australia.
Website activity
We use anonymous event counts to understand page visits, enquiry-button clicks and successful enquiries. These events contain fixed labels only; we do not include your name, email, organisation, message, IP address or URL query parameters in our conversion events. We do not use advertising cookies or build visitor profiles. The site respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for these events.
Cloudflare may process technical request information for hosting, security and operational logs. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate website performance and visit information. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve those files.
Retention and access
We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship or recordkeeping requirements. We do not sell enquiry information. You can ask us about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information by emailing [email protected]. We will consider your request in light of any records we need to retain.
