Enquiries and training agreements
Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, book training, require a payment or create a training agreement. When you request a 15-minute callback, we contact you to agree a suitable time. Callback times are confirmed separately.
The agreed scope, fees, scheduling, cancellation arrangements and any other commercial terms are documented separately before a training engagement is confirmed.
